Core Duties

  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns and social media content
  • Photograph and take video of projects during and after construction and maintain photo files
  • Work with Marketing manager to maintain/update the company website
  • Assist with groundbreaking, ribbon cutting, and other special events
  • Assist with writing video scripts, interviewing, creating graphic content, and storytelling
  • Create and edit short and long from videos

Technical Abilities

  • Ability to develop creative marketing materials and utilize innovative delivery methods
  • Excellent communication and copy-editing skills
  • Ability or desire to learn video production
  • Verbalize needs, challenges, or ideas in a concise, professional manner

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred with the ability to learn new  programs quickly
  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to lift, move, and set up presentation materials and electronics
  • Valid driver's license is required
