Outside Sales Consultant – Designer Eyewear

The successful Sales Consultant will take a developed sales territory to a new level, expanding our eyewear portfolio in optical offices. This exclusive territory is geographically focused on the Greater Chicago Territory including Chicago, Champaign/ Urbana, Bourbonnais and Rockford. Sales Consultants will travel throughout the territory and may need to have some overnight stays throughout the sales cycle.

The successful Sales Consultant will possess:

  • Professional and demonstrated relationship builder; Ability to foster strong relationships; both a prospector and negotiator with a client-service mentality  
  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • Passion for selling and servicing customers
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Sense of style, calling upon sales experience from the Cosmetics, Fashion, Accessories, Giftware, Tabletop or Optical industries
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Sales Consultant Opportunity includes:

  • Strong internal support & resources: training, networking, product samples, catalogs, price lists and account lists
  • Existing business & significant development opportunities in region; current business, transfers to new rep

  • This role offers a 1099 opportunity for a competitive compensation consisting of a draw, commission, and bonus with uncapped earning potential in six figures.
