We are seeking quality individuals with minimum 2 years experience in fire alarm design. CAD, AutoSprink, BIM, Navisworks, NICET certification a plus. Must have a working knowledge of NFPA, codes, layout, design, hydraulics, survey work and stock listing.

Qualified candidates will utilize CAD equipment to provide support to Engineering department by preparing complex layouts of fire sprinkler systems, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches and diagrams. Must be thoroughly familiar with fire alarm protection design for CCTV, Access Control, Security, Notifier, Autocall. Makes decisions on problems and consults design manager when necessary. Possesses a solid understanding of design and drafting techniques and utilizes these skills in the development of fire sprinkler layouts and systems. Oversees work of design trainees and design technicians and provides these employees with feedback, assistance and direction.
