What Do You Offer Us?

  • The ordering and handling of office supplies

  • Employee/guest temperature checks
  • Organizing and distribution of mail
  • Reconcile P-Cards as assigned
  • Scheduling of meetings
  • Booking travel as assigned
  • Willingness to work extended hours, as required, based on workload
  • Performs general administrative duties, other duties, and tasks as assigned by management
  • All other duties as assigned

What is Required?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good writing and editing skills
  • Intermediate level of proficiency or above in MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of general office machines/phones
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks
