Position Summary: 

Direct and manage all tasks involved to maintain facility and equipment in clean and working condition that follows prescribed safety regulations.  Oversee maintenance staff to ensure projects, routine maintenance, and other duties are accomplished in an efficient, safe, and effective manner.

Essential Functions:

Other duties may be assigned, requested, or directed.

  1. Direct and manage maintenance staff daily activities.
  2. Manage equipment preventative maintenance program in order to sustain proper equipment working condition.
  3. Manage and oversee facility electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
  4. Oversee fabrication of miscellaneous tools, jigs, fixtures, tables, racks, etc.

 Equipment/Machinery/Tools Used:

Measurement equipment (multimeter, anemometer, etc.), welder, power tools, saws, mill, miscellaneous hand tools. 

 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Organized, self-motivated, and good project management skills. Use of measurement equipment; welding/fabrication; advanced knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, control systems, pneumatic systems, and schematics; ability to read and interpret labels, instructions, and measurements; ability to communicate with supervisors, group leaders, and co-workers regarding work-related questions or concerns. 

Base Salary: $25 to $30 Per Hour

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday-Friday Between 6:30am and 5:00pm
