Objectives of this Role

  • Strategize, implement, and deliver program objectives while adhering to maturing organizational standards
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Provide consistent transparency of status to both business and technology teams from C level executives to program team members
  • Participate in maturing program delivery standards for the organization
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity  

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and vendor partners to plan and deliver solutions within date, cost and scope constraints
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal delivery with small core of key employees, representatives from companies and variety of vendor partners based on solution
  • Prove full business solutions utilizing to “buy vs. build” philosophy to upgrade systems
  • Deliver program with the appropriate level of project management rigor to meet organizational guidelines for transparent reporting and controls
  • Analyze, evaluate project data to produce informational program reports for all levels of management and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with multiple project managers to identify issues, risks and opportunities across multiple project teams

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years in a program management role
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a growing organization, with a maturing team and processes with a variety of key vendor partners
  • Outstanding working knowledge of practical applications of project management disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program and/or project management certifications from Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Delivery experience of leading edge vendor package solutions in the ERP and Payroll space
  • Proven vendor management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grow team member skills while delivering solutions
