Arlington HVAC company is looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in data entry, accounts receivable, inventory control. Duties also include heavy phone work, entering service invoices and general clerical duties such as filing, scanning and helping with phones. Customer service skills, team player, extremely detail-oriented, good grammar, spelling and the ability to multi-task is required. Full time position Must also know Office 2013 and or Office 365 including Outlook. Good typing skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
