Maintenance Technicians provide contractor support, maintenance, and repairs, on a broad scope, to the buildings, grounds, and equipment of Moorings Park.
All partners must follow Moorings Park policies and procedures including Flu and Covid-19 Vaccines.
Your contributions:
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on all equipment in Moorings Park. Examples: HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, golf carts, generators, pool equipment, fountains, lighting systems, kitchen equipment, etc.
- Performs routine maintenance and repairs including soldering and brazing, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical work on various equipment such as: air conditioning, laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, pumps, motors, fans, golf carts, building envelope, doors and hardware, pavers, lighting, pools, fountains, roofs, etc.
Your background includes:
- Must have 3 years experience in general building maintenance
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational training in building and maintenance trades preferred.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to interpret technical blueprints and manuals.
