About PSG Operations

PSG Operations provides a competitive advantage to our firm and our investments.  This team is made up of seasoned professionals spanning Go To Market, Technology, Talent and Finance.  These teams work directly with our investment team and portfolio companies in a cohesive and complementary manner with a shared growth goal.  The Finance Operations team, located in Kansas City, works with PSG investment professionals and our Portfolio Company Finance Teams on a variety of projects including (but not limited to) due diligence, CFO placement, budgeting and forecasting, exit readiness, tax & accounting, and a variety of other projects.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Will work with Senior Associates, VPs and Principals to support PSG Portfolio Company Finance Organizations
  • Extensive Financial & Business Modeling will be required to assist in budgeting and reporting as well as Company data projects (retention analysis, customer acquisition costs, etc.)
  • As needed, provide interim / ad-hoc support to Portfolio Company Leadership on finance related matters
  • Support Company, Deal Team and Bankers during Sell-Side Process, specifically in regards to creation of Sell-Side Model and population of Data Room
  • Assist Deal Team with Pre-acquisition Due Diligence as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Company portfolio employees
  • Travel required (would expect 20%-30%)

 

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Extensive financial modeling skills and experience in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Clear, concise writing skills
  • Investment Banking background or commensurate professional experience required
  • Kansas City location required
