Lavelle Industries is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Support Team. This position is located in Burlington, WI (35 miles south of Milwaukee, WI). A highly visible position within the company with no shortage of growth & advancement opportunities. This position is aimed at providing superior customer support to our customers.

A Day-in-the-Life:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers
  • Support our internal & external customers with timely communication and follow through
  • Research & resolve customer-specific issues, while identifying process improvements
  • Organize, maintain & analyze customer data to quickly problem solve
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to go above & beyond for our customers

To succeed, we ask that you have…

  • Strong work ethic, hustle, and a customer-first mentality
  • Drive to address internal and external customer needs efficiently and effectively
  • Effective communication – written, electronic and oral
  • Comfort with the Microsoft Office suite of products; specifically, Word, Outlook & Excel
  • 2 years customer / technical experience or an Associate’s degree
