OSP Construction Foreman

This position has complete understanding and knowledge of aerial/underground line work in telecommunication construction.  Has the ability to lead subordinates in a crew experience on the job.  The ideal foreman will be responsible for new construction, repair and installation of fiber lines and have experience working with the hanging of fiber on power or telecommunication poles.

  • Ability to analyze and resolve work challenges.
  • Secure work site to ensure public safety and safety of equipment and materials
  • Coach, train, and evaluate employees’ and guide towards goal achievement
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What Is Required?

  • 2-5 years of field experience and  have the knowledge to identify violations and safety issues
  • Current valid driver’s license (preferably CDL Class-A) with a clean driving record is required.
  • Willing to travel to assigned work locations

This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
