Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Blair Fire Protection is the company of choice for fire protection systems from design, installation, and service to complex specialized systems. 

 We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

 The Sales Support Coordinator will assist our service sales team to capture more opportunities in the market, helping to turn leads into customers.  But that is not all, a successful coordinator will also support estimates, inspections, and follow-up on sales quotes and work orders. 

 A day in the life of a Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Prepare estimates for inspections, service, and deficiencies
  • Update deficiencies log
  • Prepare customer price quotations, terms of service, and delivery dates
  • Prepare and/or review service work orders and inspections in partnership with the sales team
  • Qualify incoming sales lead calls; convert to a sale
  • Complete outbound lead follow-up via call or email for potential and existing service
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into a computer database
  • Prepare proposals and associated documentation for training
  • Maintain customer relationships

 What skills as a Sales Support Coordinator at Blair Fire Protection?

  • Associates degree, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience, in a construction or related environment, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with ease and success
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to follow directions with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer knowledge and usage required
