Are you looking to work with a team that is second to none and serves as an integral part of the business?  As a site safety manager, you will play a critical role overseeing and executing corporate safety programs at the field level on a wide variety of Brennan projects, ensuring overall corporate safety compliance at our East Coast location in North Kingstown, RI.

What are your responsibilities as a critical player on our team?

  • Monitor and document the effectiveness of safety control measures used throughout the project
  • Assist Brennan supervisors in implementation of the safety program
  • Perform site safety inspections
  • Conduct safety meetings with field personnel and contractors  
  • Evaluate working conditions through crew observation and recommend improvements in safety and health methods, practices, and processes
  • Ensure that site operations are following the project safety policy
  • Explain occupational safety standards and relevant laws to supervisors, employees, clients, and onsite visitors

  • Working knowledge of safety programs such as OSHA, USACE, Coast Guard, NFPA, Railroad and client project specific safety requirements
  • Ability to travel 80 to 90%
