Title:
Field Coordinator & Scheduler
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
- Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
- Create and maintain construction daily reports and material reports
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
- Coordinate Equipment and report hours weekly
- Assist in safe workplace practices
- Perform video recording of new projects prior to the start
- Act as a liaison between client, subcontractors, and vendors on active projects
- Track and record street plates, shoring, etc.
- Ensures as-built drawings are provided and filed
- Communicate project workflow to PM
- Assist Superintendent with various field duties
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in with multiple groups in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work at construction sites for extended durations
- All other duties as assigned
