As a Payroll Specialist, you will work out of our administrative building located in Mount Holly, NJ.

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; 1 hour lunch break

Responsibilities: 

• Employee maintenance
• Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
• Enter and verify new hire documentation
• Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
• Assist with employee phone call with questions
• Employee reimbursements
• Entering garnishments into UltiPro
• Back up to other Payroll Specialists
• Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager

Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree and/or previous payroll experience required;
• Experience with Ultimate Software (Ultipro) preferred;
• Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
