As a Payroll Specialist, you will work out of our administrative building located in Mount Holly, NJ.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; 1 hour lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Employee maintenance
- Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
- Enter and verify new hire documentation
- Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
- Assist with employee phone call with questions
- Employee reimbursements
- Entering garnishments into UltiPro
- Back up to other Payroll Specialists
- Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree and/or previous payroll experience required;
- Experience with Ultimate Software (Ultipro) preferred;
- Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
