As a HR Support Specialist, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ. 

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities: 

  • Triaging incoming phone calls throughout the HR Department;
  • Maintaining HRIS databases including data entry;
  • Interface with management staff of all levels;
  • Tracking statistical information related to incoming phone calls/requests;
  • Running reports & follow-up as needed;
  • Managing HR projects as assigned;
  • Greeting & directing guests;
  • Provide support to the HR department to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred;
  • Human Resources or clerical experience;
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Ultipro or Relias LMS a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License required
