The Event Management Professional will join a motivated team of account executives, marketing coordinators and program managers to improve partner outcomes with their meeting/event planning expertise. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in planning, organizing, management, administration, profitability, and effectiveness of the various conferences, seminars, trade shows and special events conducted for specified client associations.
This individual will coordinate meetings and events across multiple clients in a range of exciting industries. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, intuitive and motivated to make an impact at Amplify, and for our clients.

Travel required, determined by association clients served, six to eight weeks per year. Travel is outside the local area and/or out-of-state. Multiple consecutive days of travel and overnight stays required.
This position has supervisory responsibility with the staff teams prior to and onsite at meetings (Account Executives, administrative assistant, membership, communication, technology, financial management) assigned to the association clients.
