SSRS is hiring for MAILROOM CLERKS / SURVEY SUPPORT ASSOCIATES
WE ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT 951 MARCON BLVD., SUITE 7 ALLENTOWN PA 18064
 
As a Mailroom Clerk / Survey Support Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing scanned data images for accuracy
  • Entering data from scanned images
  • Utilize search engines to clarify or complete data to be entered
  • Provide other office and telephone call center support as needed 
  • Sort and process incoming mail
  • Assemble outgoing mail
Mailroom Clerks / Survey Support Associates must be able to do all of the following as well as be prepared for an interview process that tests many of these skills:
  •  Type 40 wpm or better
  •  Lift and carry as heavy as 20 pounds
  •  Use repeated hand, finger and wrist motions to assemble mailings and do data entry
  •  Report to work as scheduled
  •  Follow directions
  •  Have basic computer literacy
  •  Upon completion of training maintain a standard pace and level of accuracy of data entry
  •  Maintain a positive and professional attitude. 
We offer Part Time flexible scheduling that really puts you in control of your paycheck:
  • shifts are Monday through Friday
  • options for start times of  10am, 11am, 12pm or 1pm
  • you choose the length of the shift, with a 4 hour minimum shift required, however all shifts end at 5:00pm
    (example:10am-2pm, 10am-3pm, 10am-4pm, 10am-5pm, 11am-3pm, 11am-4pm, 11am-5pm, 12pm-4pm, 12pm-5pm, 1pm-4pm, or 1pm-5pm)
  • must schedule a minimum of 25 hours per week, can schedule up to 35 hours per week
Rate of pay is $12.00 / hour with the potential for an increase after 100 hours worked.
