HR Works, Inc. is looking for a full-time Interim HR Consultant to work on-site with our client based in Canandaigua, NY.   

DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity on-site with a focus on:

  • Recruitment
  • Employee Relations
  • Coaching
  • General HR Administration 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Five (5) years progressive HR Manager level work, including significant Employee Relations and Recruitment experience.
  • Current knowledge of State and Federal employment law, including experience with practical application and interpretation of 
  • Strong analytical skills – able to research, analyze and make recommendations
  • Conducing employee investigation experience strongly preferred
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (required) and HRIS experience preferred 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly desired
  • PHR/SPHR Certifications preferred
