Where You Come In

Our company is growing and so is our accounting department!

We are looking for an outstanding communicator with a talent for building strong relationships that has an accounting background.

You will be responsible for all aspects of our membership program, as a liaison between the customers and the company as well as between departments. You will be tasked with maintaining records, tracking membership figures, preparing membership marketing materials and collaborating with the accounting department to track membership revenue.  Additional accounting tasks will be assigned as needed.

This position is full-time, salary commensurate with experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Associates Degree in accounting or strong accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of revenue and cash flow
  • Previous experience in member management, sales, or recruitment a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Quickbooks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
