Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Account Assistant person who can immediately join our Service Division at our headquarters in Anaheim, California.  We are looking for exceptional personnel with 3+ years of experience (a Bachelor’s Degree a plus in any field but not a requirement) to work in our professional office environment full time, Mon-Fri.

 

Responsibilities and tasks required:

  1. Approve vendor invoices for payment.
  2. Resolve low level disputes.
  3. Bids and Proposals
    1. Gather pricing and quotes on standard items
    2. Prepare project bids
    3. Prepare maintenance proposals
    4. Follow-up on pending bids
    5. Write purchase orders
  4. Account executive support
    1. Represent account executive and coordinate with account executive for client interactions
    2. Administrative support
    3. Pull reports, tickets, and customer details as requested
  5. Data management and job details
    1. Que and enter sold projects & maintenance in FSM
    2. Guide new clients through onboarding
  1. Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  2. Present an open line of communication on a regular basis to all accounts and maintain consistent contact, especially with key accounts.
  1. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

 

 Skills required include the following:

  1. Excellent customer service and relationship skill.
  2. High level of both verbal and written communication skills.
  3. High level of intensity of purpose and ability to critically think through problems.
  4. Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Outlook).
  5. Highly organized.
  6. Good planner and critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining high level of professionalism and mentorship.
  7. Must be a great team player with the ability to lead by example and desire the opportunity for growth.
