We’re looking for a Member Service Representative to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve.

 Location: Don Diego Ave, Santa Fe

Full-Time:  40 hours per week

Schedule Varies: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday.  8:30 am to 1:30 pm Saturdays. 

Preferred Experience: Cash handling and customer service.  

Effective communication 

Position involves receiving and processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments with great accuracy. 

Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members.  Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Position can grow to include: Opening accounts, and processing loans.

Starting Pay: $15 hourly
