Front Desk Receptionist/Entry-Level Administrative Support

In this role, you will greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location/person as well as supply a temporary or permanent badge if necessary. Maintain kitchen/office supplies. Perform some administrative and office support activities, including but not limited to data entry, filing, maintaining conference room calendar and scheduling, meeting minutes, and may work with the Projects Control Team on some items as necessary.
 
What Do You Offer Us?

  • Receive and send out shipments as well as check the mail and deliver it to the appropriate individual
  • Maintain supply inventory; anticipate supply needs; place and expedite supply orders and verify receipts
  • Work collaboratively and coordinate with other Administrative Assistants for planning and implementing lunches, events, and meetings during the year.
  • Computer knowledge
  • Attend meetings and take notes to ensure action items are captured.

  • Perform a variety of tasks such as scanning, printing, and filing
  • Work in a team environment to accomplish daily goals
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What is Required?

  • Must have strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • A solid understanding of coordinating travel through various modes
  • Clear communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills with an emphasis on grammar and proof reading
  • High school Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience.
  • As this is mostly a sitting office position the employee is frequently is required to stand; walk; stoop; reach; climb; bend; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
