Summary of position

 Supports the organization by providing effective communications across various media (i.e. written, social media, email, video, and web).

 Duties & responsibilities

 Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to execute the Internal and External corporate communication plan

  • Develop relevant industry related content to share across all social platforms
  • Learn EnviroVantage’s CRM system and schedule outbound marketing through it
  • Interface with the corporate advertising agency to keep updated and relevant content on the company website
  • Utilize analytical tools EnviroVantage has in place to understand the success of specific marketing initiatives
  • Work with our Safety department to develop our catalogue of training videos – will be shot on site or at our training center
  • Work with Operations and Project management to capture relevant project data and build strong project summaries complete with pictures and video – will require visits to job sites.
  • Understand the industry groups EnviroVantage supports and interface with them as needed
  • Assist with supporting the Business Development team with sales and tradeshow materials when required
  • Develop and write a corporate newsletter

 Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator a plus
  • Video creation and editing skills a plus
  • Experience in web design and content production is a plus

 

Education/Experience

  • BS/BA in Marketing or Communications
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred

 Physical Requirements/ Working conditions

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
