Our internship program is a full-time, 10-12 week summer position from May through August. As an intern you’ll receive an exciting opportunity to acquire relevant work experience and work alongside our best and brightest. You will be paid competitively and get to network with our top leaders. Your experience will include an orientation, job walks and a community service event, just to name a few.

What you’ll bring:    

We’re looking for students with an appetite to learn, who work just as well by themselves as with a collaborative spirit; currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, Business with an interest in Mechanical Contracting. Effective communication skills with an ability to develop and foster strong professional relationships. Self-motivation and awareness; with a bit of a sense of humor; Basic level of business acumen

While you’re here you will:

    • Participate in the creation and management of internal project controls including but not limited to:  WBS (work breakdown structure), productivity tracking, internal and external project schedules, strategic material and equipment procurement, and quality control program management.
    • Participate in document and information management processes including but not limited to contract document and specification posting, RFI’s and submittal creation tracking and logging.
    • Participate is design management activities including but not limited to value engineering analysis, design and budget reconciliation, constructability reviews, design schedules, and design progress management.
    • Shadow project reporting processes including but not limited to financial forecasting, change management tracking, subcontractor and vendor agreement management, project procurement tracking.  Additional shadowing opportunities include observing project management team thru strategic decisions including client development and management, internal cultural management, safety program management, and participation in internal and external meetings.
