Job description: 

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our a fast-paced team of skilled technology professionals focused on continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for delivering scalable and secure technology solutions both on premise and within Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, implement, and support technology solutions for our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to build self-service capabilities and automate deployments.
  • Ensure availability through monitoring, log collection, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with development and professional services teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science

  • Experience with the following:
    • Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365
    • Windows Server, Windows 10, RedHat/CentOS or similar
    • Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to automate processes using scripting languages including Python & PowerShell
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps a plus
  • Experience with Routers, Firewalls, Switches, WiFi a plus (Cisco / Fortinet)
