About the Job:
Strong marketing operations combines process with art. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team to guide the implementation, reporting and analysis of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. This team member can organize and oversee the details of creating amazing marketing programs that generate results, help to optimize them and track those metrics for continuous improvement.
In this position you’ll work directly with a seasoned team of marketing and sales pros to support a growth-focused revenue team. A passion for data, process, and technology are the trifecta for our ideal team player. This position reports to Arcoro’s Director of Marketing Technology & Operations.
What you will be doing:
- Create and maintain reports on marketing activities, effectiveness and business impact.
- Ongoing management of contact and account lists within HubSpotand Salesforce.
- Develop and manage digital campaign assets, including landing pages, workflows, forms, and thought leadership materials.
- Deploy digital assets and campaigns based on documented input from the content and creative teams.
- Manage and maintain digital assets including naming conventions, version, and tracking.
- Act as the single point of contact for sending all prospect and customer emails via HubSpot.
- Strategize and manage continuous testing and evaluation of email marketing, lead nurturing and HubSpotworkflows to generate conversions.
- Implement continuous A/B and multivariate testing of campaign assets in conjunction with the revenue marketing team.
- Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on results and best practices.
- Steward lead management flow and tracking along with lead scoring.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to report on marketing and sales lead to customer pipeline.
- Research and recommend new technologies to drive the team forward (attribution, account-based marketing, intent data, scoring).
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Marketing Operations role within a SaaS company environment
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a focus on follow-through
- 3+ years marketing and sales automation systems, HubSpot and Salesforce are a must
- Excellent project management skills and experience automating project management (Monday.com or Asana)
- Interest in new marketing technology, and full utilization of existing technology
- Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively to multiple stakeholders including leadership
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional projects while delivering on tight deadlines
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- Curiosity seeking to understand not just the what and the how- but the why of the data results
