WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience with customer service and sales systems and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

- Prior scheduling/dispatch experience

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

- A creative mind with an appetite for learning and the ability to suggest improvements

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Help set the tone of our office adhering to our company’s mission and values

- Work with the call center to confirm and schedule sales appointments

- Assist comfort consultants (sales) with scheduling 

- Preparation and distribution of daily sales, scheduling and installation reports

- Work with warehouse to confirm equipment availability for scheduled installations

- Reconcile finance applications & communicate results w/comfort consultants

- Liaison between sales, call center, service & maintenance departments and customers

- Some overnight travel required (training, conferences, etc)

- Cheerfully perform other office duties as requested
