WHAT WE DO

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s heating and air conditioning systems.

THE BIG TASK

You will help our maintenance team book, schedule and dispatch maintenance calls and do whatever is necessary to achieve revenue goals. 

KEY SUB TASKS

Help technicians’ by reviewing work to ensure quality of work meets/exceeds standards

Communicate details of maintenance appointments to technicians to ensure that they have everything needed to delight our customers.

Assist in leading and training staff on best practices to ensure compliance with all OSHA standards.

Help with recruiting, interviewing and hiring maintenance technicians as required to meet workload demands.

Prepare weekly maintenance employees’ schedules according to forecasted workloads.

Some overnight travel required (training, conferences, etc).

Be willing to work flexible hours including, nights, weekends and public holidays as business workflow demands.

Become an expert of your market, know the customer needs and how best to engage them.   

Formalize a coaching and training platform that’s cost effective and measurable.

Show employees how their individual contributions matter to the company’s success. 

Ensure sufficient staffing to match the business demand and seasonal spikes.

Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ServiceTitan software experience is a plus.

Hunger to learn the technical side of the Heating and Air Conditioning business
