Contracts Administrator

Responsible for processing and administering certain contracts and compliance-related matters, including but not limited to the following:

What Do You Offer  Us?

  • Insurance - Manage and obtain certificates of insurance (“COI”) related to customer contracts, leases, licenses, equipment rentals, etc.  Tasks include information gathering (coverages, limits, endorsements, etc.) and ordering insurance from corporate broker.  Act as intermediary with COI Management Vendor by assisting with subcontractor information transmittals and/or handle in-house.
  • Leases – Work with Operations team to facilitate temporary property lease transactions. Tasks include gathering and inputting property information, commercial terms, and contact information into standard agreement format.   Assist with getting appropriate internal approvals on such transactions.
  • Licenses/Bonds – Obtain appropriate level wet document signatures in connection with license and bond-related matters as required. Assist with mailing license and bond- related documents using overnight mailing service.
  • Subcontract Agreements – Coordinate subcontractor prequalification process by obtaining required information for set-up. Upload executed subcontracts into contracts management database.
  • Data Entry – Enter various agreements and other legal documents as requested into contracts repository.
  • Misc  All other duties as assigned.

What is Required?

  • Excellent organizational skills; strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Experience in the construction industry a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Prefer experience with contracts management, project support and/or other comparable experience.
