POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent delivers “best-in-class” learning experiences for each position type, fulfilling the Company’s core purpose of “Creating Great Opportunities for People” across the entire business. S/he deploys strategies that improve the transference of knowledge and overall learning experience through the delivery and monitoring of the Company’s interactive learning programs and opportunities.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with management to identify company learning needs.
- Oversee and direct virtual and in-person seminars, workshops, and individual learning sessions.
- Manages learning materials, attendance, and corresponding records and budgets for programs.
- Develops monitoring system(s) to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training given.
- Conducts ongoing needs analyses with key internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for learning.
- Makes educated recommendations on internal/external resources and best delivery method (instructor lead, self-instructed, train-the-trainer, on demand/computer-based) for each program.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develops appropriate modifications if needed.
- Ensures the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during learning sessions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office and presentation equipment such as laptops, printer/scanners, and audio visual tools.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- This is considered a sedentary work position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
TRAVEL:
- This position requires up to 60% travel (minimum twice a month).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Adult Education, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a related position.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning and training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Meet.
- Experience within the Construction Management industry.
- OSHA 500 certification.
