As the Operations Manager with the Sioux Falls Food Co-op, you will play an active role in the continue growth and success of the co-op. This unique position assists in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations and works to achieve goals, objectives and standards in alignment with the co-op’s mission and supports the goals and strategies of the GM while also ensuring continuous, reliable and secure operation of all computers, electronic and digital equipment and systems including back-ups and web site in compliance with established CO-OP practices and policies.

In this position you will be responsible to hire, train, evaluate, coach, and supervise IT employees in compliance with established practices, policies and budget restrictions to support day-to-day operations and to achieve goals at the co-op. You will also train and support CO-OP employees in efficient operation of all computers, electronic and digital equipment and systems including, but not limited to, recommending improvements in technology to achieve sales, ownership, education, and customer service goals.  This position is also responsible to research, analyze, present, implement and manage IT projects, within budget, to achieve positive progress on ENDS and on strategic objectives.
