Operations Administrative Assistant

Service and Inspection Manager


Job summary

Our Operations team has an immediate opening for a full time administrative assistant. The primary role of this position will be answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate team members and managing our work ticketing system.

 Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support operations team by assigning incoming work tickets to appropriate team member
  • Answer phones with a friendly greeting; route calls to appropriate representative
  • Provide customers with documentation as requested

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide support to operations team as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required skills and abilities

  • Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Telephone customer service aptitude
  • Strong oral and written English communications skills
  • Prioritization and management of multiple tasks
  • Dependable, accurate, and detail oriented
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs

 Working conditions

  • Working hours of 7:30AM – 4:30PM
  • Office environment, climate controlled
