Fire Alarm Service Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the profitable growth of our Fire Alarm Department
  • Supervise a team of Fire Alarm Technicians
  • Supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Work with and support the sales team providing fire alarm services proposals
  • Work with the operations team to streamline processes from start to finish
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors
  • Manage and optimize the use of internal software systems
  • Recruit, hire, train, and support alarm technicians
  • Exercise flexibility while working with diverse people and departments.
  • Perform variable responsibilities as workplace demands evolve.
  • Interact with customers consistent with USAFP’s Purpose/Mission/Values.
  • Regular and timely communications with customers.

Job Qualifications

  • 5yrs Industry Experience Required
  • Meet or Exceed NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level II
  • General computer knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Personal organization is necessary to meet deadline-driven tasks
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly
