 Requirements:

  • Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
  • Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota
  • Valid Driver’s License, preferably Class A
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to continually bend, stoop, reach, pull, carry, grab and lift
  • Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to assist in hot mix, grading, base or pipe crew operations.

  • Operates equipment such as compressors, power brooms, jack hammers, tractor/packer, skid steers, box blades and rollers
  • Sets up and removes construction signs, barricades and barrels
  • Assists with traffic control
  • Performs other tasks as needed
  • Complies with Company Safety Program
