Industrial Engineer Intern – Spring 2022

Lavelle Industries is a woman-owned, privately held company that supplies many industries around the globe with custom materials and processing solutions for molded rubber and plastic applications.

Lavelle is looking for dynamic Engineering students to join our team! Lavelle provides student interns with a fast-paced team environment and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of engineering, quality, manufacturing and operations. We have Industrial Engineering Internship opportunities at our Burlington, WI location with the opportunity to work flexible hours during the Spring Semester. 

YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• Work on process improvement projects that will provide exposure to the engineering tools and concepts that help with the production of quality work
• Hands-on learning about how to conduct root cause analyses, non-conformance investigations and corrective action implementations
• Develop IE skills with regards to not only time observation, standard work creation, continuous improvement identification, but also waste elimination (lean manufacturing)
