FANUC America Corporation (FAC) is currently searching for a Lead Associate to work 3^rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) and be responsible for monitoring and ensuring LPH productivity.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Logistics productivity by addressing individual concern and ensure employees minimize the time away from their area.
• Adjust manpower scheduling by providing input into the scheduling process to ensuring the correct skill sets are positioned for each activity; re-allocate work center activities when necessary.
• Influence continuous improvements by monitoring and improving processes for performance output and working conditions.
• Analyze area for compliance with monthly safety sheets and drive for continuous improvements.
• Control process management by establishing and maintaining documented procedures and work instructions.
• Uphold quality by performing in-process audits.
• Ensure that all products meets FAC standards.
• Provide a safe work environment by ensuring all operations activities follow FAC, State (MIOSHA) and Federal policies.
• Follow-up on area clean points with team leaders and audit to WI, Guidelines and provide feedback.
• Communicate clear, nightly reports and able to provide a clear goal oriented line up.

Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business -related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum two years operational experience, including demonstrated leadership ability/traits.
• Good communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate fork lift, man lift, and pallet jack.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle and PC skills preferred.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
