ReconMR is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to develop Social Media campaigns across all platforms to aid marketing, recruiting, staffing, and engagement.

Details of the position:

This position reports jointly to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Director of Operations. Reconnaissance Market Research has grown significantly in the past few years, and is in need of someone who can come in and develop Social media campaigns to aid our marketing, recruiting, and engagement efforts. The position can be on-site at any of our locations in Texas or work from home.  Expected to be about 20 hours per week with a somewhat flexible schedule

Experience:

Experience and/or Coursework in related field including but not limited to Social Media, Branding, Marketing, Communications, etc.

Must be familiar with popular social media channels: Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Must be self-motivated and manage time effectively.

Must have a functional laptop or desktop with ability to connect to our corporate network. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media posting schedules
  • Gather internal and external content for Marketing, Branding, and Recruiting
  • Develop metrics to measure reach and effectiveness
  • Consolidate and control social media and branding through one platform
  • Learn and cultivate Brand personality

Pay Rate, Hours, and Schedule:

This hourly position is expected to work about 20 hours per week, daytime business hours, Monday-Friday.

PAY: Up to $20 per hour. Starting pay rate is between $18- $20 per hour depending on education and experience.
