Summary

Balfour Beatty is currently undertaking the $1B+ Caltrain Electrification Project in San Mateo, CA. Estimated completion of the project is set for 2024. The project consists of electrifying a 56-mile corridor from San Francisco to San Jose including construction of overhead catenary systems, substations, track, and replacement of rolling stock

We have an immediate opening for a Project Scheduler Manager for our Caltrain Electrification Project. The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development, planning and coordination of the entire schedule for the project and CPM.

Essential Functions

• Development of master schedule and updates.
• Development of 1-week and 2-week look-ahead schedules.
• Measure and track progress to activities.
• Gather project schedule information from field engineers.
• Attend and participate in project status meetings.
• Assist in preparing monthly schedule narrative.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of relative scheduling experience and/or equivalent combination of training/experience.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
• Primavera p6 software experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
