Laborers will perform routine and heavy manual labor tasks. 


  • Perform duties and functions as necessary or incidental to proper performance of this position 
  • Perform tasks involving physical labor at excavating projects 
  • Laborers have general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the others working on the project
  • It is important that you show up on time for work. If you have a no show, no call it is grounds for termination 
  • Available overtime

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Valid Driver's License 
  • Hiring will be contingent on passing a drug screen and a Motor Vehicle Report Record check 
  • May require out of town work 

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Ability to work outside year-round, including adverse weather conditions 
  • Knowledge of tools and their use 
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds
