WHAT WE DO
We are a family of customer service experts who just so happen to be in the heating and air conditioning business. We go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customers’ heating and air conditioning systems.
THE BIG TASK
Our high performing call center representatives work in our downtown Augusta, GA call center answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to convert prospective customers into confirmed service, maintenance and sales appointments.
KEY SUB TASKS
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to convert prospective customers into confirmed service, maintenance and sales appointments
- Maintain accurate customer information in company database
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate resources
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Learn our industry & develop an understanding of our customers’ needs
- Achieve aggressive (yet attainable) call volume goals
- Cheerfully perform other duties as requested
- Our call center is open Monday through Saturday. Our agents work a Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM schedule that includes rotation of Saturday (8AM-7PM) and evening (5PM-7PM) coverage.

- History of strong work ethic, professional achievement and company loyalty
- Be confident, personally driven and goal-oriented
- Be results oriented and focused on achievement and success
- Maintain high levels of honesty, integrity and compassion at all times
- Proficiency in call center environment / inside sales or comparable experience (5+ years minimum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some overnight travel required (training, conferences, etc)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced work environment
