As the Payroll Support Clerk, you will work within an office-based setting located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ. 

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 30 min unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Update the PA Tracker Spreadsheet with employee number, reason on PA, effective date of PA, date received and pay information.
  • Save or convert to a PDF file and rename with Employees Name, Reason of PA and Effective Date, place in the Folder assigned for Payroll Manager access.
  • Update new hire spreadsheet with information once information is entered by Payroll Specialists. Will Review and make sure all information entered and checked is correct.
  • Leave of Absence Spreadsheet: responsible for entering all the information of an employee who has been placed on leave. They will have to enter their Employee Number, Name, Position and Program, reason for Leave and date of when they left or returned from LOA.
  • Assist in coding employee reimbursements.
  • Will also be back up to the front desk receptionist. Responsible for covering lunch hours and when receptionist takes time off.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Strong data entry skills;
  • Excel experience required;
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
