Job Description
GEI is looking for an Office Administrator with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition / recruiting support in the West Region.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Support:
- Daily review and screening of candidate applications/job postings
- Assist with searching job postings using external sites, and identifying potential candidates for relevant requisitions
- Assist with career fair and conference registration
- Assist West Region operational leaders with outreach to potential candidates for initial screening
- Coordinate candidate interviews with West Region hiring managers
- Other duties yet to be defined as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager
- Responsible for front office activities, phones, and packages
- Staff support: assist team of professionals with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Oversee office operations: inventory, order supplies, maintenance, organization, scheduling etc.
- Project support: review, edit, and format extensive documents
- Meeting coordination: Check individual calendars and schedule meetings, attend meetings as requested, note taking/transcription, reserve space, set up AV, order food, room setup and cleanup etc. Invoice processing
- Coordination of Career Fairs
- Event planning, coordination, and hosting
- Shipping & receiving
- Book travel arrangements
- Computer savvy and technical troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of related administrative experience
- Must be able to work independently as well as in groups with a positive attitude
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent grammar, writing, formatting and editing skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Light lifting of office and kitchen supply items
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
