Candidates must be a self starters with strong interpersonal skills, good-nature, energetic with a positive attitude, knowledge in NFPA, oral and written communication a must. 

Successful candidates will posses experience bending Rigid Metallic Conduit, knowledge of NFPA, proficient in the installation of  CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems. Good problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum 2 years experience inspecting and servicing fire sprinkler systems. Knowledge of NFPA 25, 13, 16, 72, California Fire Code, City of Los Angeles Fire Code, County of Los Angeles Fire Code. REG-4 and NICET Certification is a plus.

The initial focus of the position will be to achieve goals by following SOP’s and accurately perform fire life safety inspections with the guidelines of NFPA.

The overall goal is to establish the company as an industry leader, achieving goals, customer satisfaction, completing accurate inspections and uploading reports on-time.

  • Complete accurate service repairs upload reports of job specific events correctly within the allotted time, as directed.

Candidates must possess a solid understanding and interpret the National Fire Codes and how these codes are modified / interpreted by different jurisdictions in our work area and utilize this knowledge while performing inspections.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: [Required] High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Hand Tools, drills, Sawzall, able to climb ladders. Lift certifications a plus
