Senior Programmer Job Description

Reconnaissance Market Research (ReconMR), a Texas based survey research data collection company, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our survey programming team. Voxco programming knowledge a plus but not required. We offer a supportive, fast-paced training environment with opportunity to build new and existing skill sets.

 

Salary range and benefits

  • Salaried full-time employment between $60,000 and $75,000 per year

Principle job responsibilities

  • Programming complex research surveys for phone/web using Voxco software.
  • Coordinating outsourced programming needs.
  • Sample procurement, preparation, and analysis.
  • Survey testing and quality control.
  • Collaborating in a team environment to deliver creative solutions.
  • Processing, verification, formatting, and delivery of survey data.
  • Management and oversight of internal Quota Management “QM” department.

 

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in CATI/Online survey programming
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with tight deadlines
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

 

Desired

  • HTML experience
  • Familiarity with SQL queries/programming
  • Data analysis software tools such as SPSS and etc.
