Daily activities include answering our multi-line telephone system with world class service, perform administrative duties in a fast paced environment, greeting customers, opening mail. Assist with travel arrangements, lunch an learn preparation, company events. Weekly reports, coffee and office supply inventory and distribution. Assist with other administrative duties. Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe a must.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities required to complete a wide variety of task.
Candidate must be a self starter with strong interpersonal skills, good-nature, consistently energetic with a positive attitude. Computer literate and have an intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, 10 key by touch, data entry, QC skills, proficient in organization, oral and written communication a must.
