Experienced Concrete Finisher

All Ways Construction is looking for reliable, hard working individuals to fill openings on our concrete crew.  Recent experience in concrete finishing / forming is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Duties

  • Read blueprints
  • Read and understand rebar drawings
  • Understand elevations 
  • Figure quantities for dirt and concrete
  • Proficient with total station or layout equipment
  • Run and manage crew
  • Work to meet required productions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) - six (6) years of recent concrete footer experience.  
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a number of diverse locations is pertinent, as work locations may change daily.
  • Punctuality, consistent attendance and self-direction for the success of the operations.
  • Proficient with computers
