Commercial Roofing Project Manager – Travel Division

Our headquarters are located in Dunkirk, NY.

This position can be performed remotely but preference will be given to those candidates located in PA, NY, VA, NC, OH. Occasional travel will be required.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships
  • Manage projects for customer satisfaction, profitability, and future process improvements
  • Develop labor breakdown estimates for sold jobs
  • Construct and provide Field Packs to foreman to assist with job preparation for safety, HazCom, pay charts, specifications, and labor expectations. Packs include Safety, Quality, Equipment checklists.
  • Deliver excellent customer service (In tandem with Superintendent)
  • Track, manage and debrief all projects

Desired Skills:

  • (5) years’ roofing production supervision experience.
  • English fluency.
  • Safety training: OSHA 30-hour card.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to use/learn business technology.
  • Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; this position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to acquire mastery of the applicable sections of Timberline Business Enterprise Systems as position requires.
