Simon Group Holdings (SGH) is a private equity firm and family office that was established in 1985 with the founding of the Atlas Oil Company. The organization has diverse business interests, including energy solutions, logistics and transportation, technology incubation, fuel supply, real estate, aerospace and defense, oil field services, private equity and insurance solutions.
SGH is looking for an Integrated Marketing Intern for Summer 2022, to assist in delivering a consistent and relevant brand experience to the target audiences of all SGH entities, across all marketing channels.
This position is in-person in Birmingham, Michigan. Intern must be either an Undergraduate Junior or Senior or Recent Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Duties Include:
- Producing and scheduling weekly posts for SGH entities currently active on social media.
- Researching and writing weekly Thought Leadership pieces.
- Creating promotional video content and Sales collateral.
- Auditing SGH entity websites and presentations, advising and making necessary changes.
- Applying for grants on behalf of SGH’s non-profit charity foundation.

In addition to daily and weekly projects, a final project will be worked on throughout the duration of the internship, culminating in a presentation at its end. Scope of project to be determined.
