Position Summary:
The IT Support Specialist position provides advanced technical expertise in the deployment and upkeep of CDI workstations, iPhones/iPads and software solutions. The position will also help support CDI’s satellite office as well as remote jobsites as well as have contact with our vendors in assistance to the IT Director. This position is based in Little Rock and has the opportunity for some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Deployment of workstations, mobile devices and software
- Help Desk Support, including researching issues, determining options for resolution
- O365 Administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve internet/Wi-Fi outages and performance issues
- Contribute to team effort to accomplish performance and customer service goals
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Training will be provided for PM, ERP (Acct Sys), and other Core systems as well as other areas as necessary.
Other Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge and experience with Windows 10
- Experience with multiple iOS versions
- Basic networking skills
- Good team skills
- PowerBI experience a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to set priorities.
